Me and my wife recently went to dreams store at Cannock without having zero knowledge of which product we need. Gary has help us to identify the right mattress by using sleep-match machine and given extended support to make it in our budget. Highly recommended dreams service and special thanks to Gary.

From the first contact with the sales manager to delivery, completely hassle free and delivered bang on time too. I think the sales manager's name was Paul, he was so friendly and we had a good laugh too. This is how a retail experience should be , personable. Good price for the quality, compared to the mattress shop next door!

Staff were helpful but not intrusive or pushy. Delivery & collection of old mattress went smoothly and within the time slot provided. Mattress is incredibly comfy.

From Show room to delivery Dreams were fantastic, great sales team that were knowledgeable and answered all my questions to top notch delivery team, that were friendly, efficient and put my 2 beds together in no time at all. Purchased the tempura mattress with electric bed and have to say, I’ve had the best sleep ever. Thanks dreams ,I highly recommend this company.

Lots to choose from. The manager, friendly and very helpful, also swapped a mattress off a slatted bed frame onto a divan for us to see the difference each would make to the mattresses firmness. We went for a soft mattress although the machine said we should look at medium to firm ! (a bit gimmicky I think). Delivery on time and drivers put covers on their shoes to keep everywhere clean. Had for a week now and is heaven to sleep on

Very efficient delivery

From ordering at store in Cannock to delivery of bed all went smoothly. Except no cover for bed but my Daughter in Law had picked on up from Dreams in Crewe. My Son brought it and he put cover on old bed.
The bed is very comfortable. I would certainly recommend Dreams to friends

Quick delivery and set up. Keeping us informed at every stage. My son loves his new bed. There is plenty of storage underneath and easy to lift up from the side. The mattress is very comfortable too!

We took my 86 year old Mum to Dreams to find a super king mattress & divan suitable for her and my Dad. The sales lady (extremely patient!) listened to what my Mum was after and she found the perfect bed. She wasn’t rushed or pressured into anything and the sales lady was just lovely. Delivery was spot on also - the guys were ace. Highly recommend Dreams in Cannock.
