Fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We found a great bed at a great price with amazing help from Michael and Eleanor.

Great service from start to finish. Lovely, helpful staff in the Liverpool Edge Lane store. Smooth delivery timing and set up by a very enthusiastic, happy guy. The bed itself looks fabulous and is very comfortable. I would recommend Dreams.

Customer Service really does not exist.
The Chat is down. Wait times on call over an hour. Cannot pay balance online due to function being "unavailable".
Shocking. Mattresses aren't revolutionary, so, without Customer Services, whats the point of not going elsewhere ?

Well Connie helped me make a decision which mattress to buy, offering 3/4 options within my budget. Also directed me to a machine to verify what was the best support matress for my body weight etc. So her attention and advise was very good.
MY only gripe, is that I have to wait 4 weeks for delivery for the purchase that I made. This is the 2nd mattress purchased from Dreams The 1st about 10- 12yrs ago. and if asked I always advise coming to Dreams, I think thay offer the best range and prices of beds/matresses in the Worthing area

Awesome experience today at dreams . The sales person was wonderful gave just enough guidance then left us to make up our mind .

My husband and I went into the New Malden store twice, the first time was to have a look at our options, the second was to make the purchase. The chp who walked us through the while process was excellent in every way, mattress choice, bedframe and customer service - thanks

Louise & Abbey (Dreams, Stirling)were fantastic ambassadors for Tempur @ the Dreams Sleepmotion system. We purchased a his & jets King Size. Louise as a former Healthcare worker advised me with my PPMS condition with gently sympathetic advice. Prior to visiting Dreams I’d never heard from f Tempur! We now can’t wait for our 06/10 delivery.

Richard who was our sales assistant was extremely helpful with our decision on which bed was suitable for us. I would recommend a visit to Dreams to anyone looking to purchase a bed.

Staff at Gloucester store were most helpful and assisted us with a new matteress. We did not order in store but then phoned an order through to the store on 1st Aug and also ordered 2 pillows. Were told and received confirming email that delivery would be 12 August. No delivery timeslot was given the night before as promised so after ringing customer service and waiting on hold for over 1 hour I was told yes we have the order but it does not have a delivery date on our system. Best they could offer was to reschedule a new delivery for Aug 22nd. We then received an email on 21st to say for various reasons the deluvery was again delayed now until 19th September. !! Tried calling customer service after the weekend because they are closed weekends, because of high volume calls they had a call back system and I would be called back by 6pm a week later I am still waiting for that call back. The store tried to help but could not do anything other than check the order was on the system. Apparently a new system installed in July has had a few issues. Not a great service. Also the 2 pillows should have been delivered direct to our home address but arrived at the store and we had to collect another 30 min each way trip.

At this point I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed my order on the 01/07 and as of today 01/09 I am still awaiting my new bed and mattress. I eventually received a date for delivery on 25/07 scheduled for the 29th, this delivery never took place and was cancelled on the day. The next available date was 01/09 today and my delivery is due between 11.45-13.45. I have just received a call at 9.45am to cancel as the mattress hasn’t arrived!!! My old bed is dismantled and my old mattress wrapped up on the floor ready to be taken away as requested by Dreams and now no new bed and not mention another day wasted of annual leave!! Absolutely shocking.

Great service with no pressure. We placed an order for a new bed and mattress and the team could not do enough for us. We were offered a drink as soon as we arrived and given as much time as we needed to make a decision.

On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Wendy (Leamington Spa Branch) Offered drinks. Guided to the body analyser bed. then shown various mattress option's along with pillows.
We did purchase our new bed and now can't wait for it to arrive. Seamless and friendly process.

The sales lady was so so helpful. She was extremely knowlegdeable about the mattresses which was invaluable as I have suffered with back issues for a number of years. She wasn't pushy which was great, but was there for any questions and was very patient. It's a 10/10 from me

From the moment we entered the store in Grimsby on bank holiday Sunday, the Staff could not have been more helpful...No pushy sale rep....In fact quiet the contrary, after listening to our requirements, my husband and myself where shown mattress's relating to our needs, given a cushion to aid the choosing process, it was like a home from home experience. We were offered drinks, and also told to take our time, over and over again...We did purchase two mattress's, and came out of the store feeling rested not stressed...
