Knowledgeable & helpful
Hannah was really helpful & knowledgeable when advising us. She spent lots of time going through everything, didn’t rush us & seemed genuinely invested in making sure we got the shoes/bag suited for our need. Thanks Hannah!

Great service
Hannah served us today - we were shopping for walking boots for my daughter for her D of E Award which would also be suitable for using in the snow. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us helpful tips and spent time ensuring the boots fitted properly. We also ended up buying a pair of walking shoes for my other daughter which were in the sale.

Lovely service from the sales team
Lovely service from the sales team. I was interested in a tent at a bargain price and they went out of their way to get them from first floor storeroom. I found an ideal one and saved myself a good few pounds.
