The staff from start to getting my appointment for procedure have been fantastic very personal and friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend

I had 2 different treatments on my veins. The surgeon and nurses were so professional and made me feel so calm and relaxed through the procedure. The treatment was not painful at all and was chatting to the nurses during the procedure. My leg is looking good and no pain apart from a small ache which pain killers helped.Aftercare excellent too, definitely recommend UK Vein clinic.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at UK Vein Clinic. I paid £1,600 for four treatments, hoping to improve the appearance of my thread veins. Unfortunately, I have not been happy with the results at all. Instead of improving, my thread veins appear to have worsened and spread to a much larger area.

I invested a significant amount of money expecting to see an improvement, so this has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I initially trusted the clinic to help with my concerns, but the outcome has been the opposite of what I hoped for.

I am now requesting a refund for my remaining treatment sessions, as I no longer feel comfortable continuing with the treatment. I hope the clinic takes my concerns seriously and offers a fair resolution.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to carefully consider their options and understand what to expect before committing to a treatment package.

Excellent experience all round. Helpful and friendly nurses and surgeon who put me at my ease throughout. My nerves soon evaporated!
The process took only half an hour and I was able to catch the tube and train home easily. I did not need pain killers the first night, experiencing only minor discomfort in my legs.
My worst veins are all but gone after 48 hours!

It all went really smoothly. It was well explained and I felt safe.

I was made to feel comfortable from the outset of the treatment, from the initial scan when I was told what to expect and given opportunity to ask questions.
Which was followed up by email. On the day of the procedure the Surgeon Baris talked me through the treatment and was very considerate and gentle. The two nurses were excellent.

I was really put at my ease by the wonderful doctors and nurses.
My treatment was completed in about 40mins and I was able to go home by train.
