Achat sur showroom prive il y a deux mois..
Honteux, malgré mes nombreuses relances restées sans réponse pendant près de deux mois, je n'ai jamais reçu le formulaire de retour demandé.
Face à cette absence totale de prise en charge, j'ai été contraint de faire réparer ma montre par un bijoutier proche de chez moi cout 15€ ,sans garantie que ca fonctionne il n'a pas pu changer les joints de la marque.

Celui-ci a procédé au séchage de l'intérieur de la montre (elle a pris l'eau a la première baignade) et m'a indiqué qu'elle n'était pas étanche, alors même que je l'avais achetée précisément pour cette caractéristique.

I have a few Stuhrling watches, in fact I have lots of watches and Stuhrling are some of my favorite. Never had any mailing issues and the price range suits my pocket.

I sent back two watches for repair. The process was easy, and I was very comfortable with the repair. The watches were sent back well-packed. They have done a great job; this includes customer service. They were sent from Australia to the US.

Watch is very nice, the packaging and presentation was extremely well done!!! This my third watch purchase from sturling and I will probably get more!!
The price point is right on and you can have nice quality without the extreme cost!!

This company have been nothing but stress since we purchased from them in January. The watch was that we ordered was 'returned to sender' having not made or through customs due to huge fees. The return address that they listed on parcel was in New Jersey but they claim that was incorrect and not where they sent the parcel but they refuse to raise this with DHL they simply keep saying 'when we receive it, we will refund it' and 'this is the last we will say on the matter' which I have never heard from customer services before in my life. It is their responsibility to ensure the correct return address is on the parcel and they have the receipts from sending so can simply argue this with DHL who they used in order to resolve it! Ultimately we did not receive a watch that they sent, yet 7 months later we are still waiting for our £300 refund! Do not but from them, they are an absolute joke and extremely unhelpful!

I have owned several Stuhrling watches over the past 5 years and found the quality to be decent for the cost. Look great but quality has decreased exponentially over past couple years. I received the Skeleton watch for X-mas after my previous Skeleton suddenly stoped keeping time.
The quality of the new was is absolutely terrible. I wore it twice and the hands spun around and it would only grind when I tried to wind.
I sent it back twice as they supposedly have a warranty. They sent back the faulty watch without repair.I asked to replace with new Skeleton and customer service very rudely declined. I still own 3 other Stuhrling watches but would never buy or recommend their products to anyone! Junk with terrible customer service and no warranty!! BUYER BEWARE!

au vu du tarif , je suis déçu par plusieurs points (et pourtant j'en possède 3), les bracelets ,en soit disant crocodile, ne tiennent pas plus d'un an , le système automatique est très fragile, casse sur 2 montres ,sur trois que je possède (réparations prohibitives , presque le prix de la montre ) , et enfin l'ajustement de l'heure est plus qu'approximatif , une avance beaucoup et l'autre retarde .
Bref au vu du tarif en constante augmentation , cherchez plutôt une montre de meilleur qualité

Montre de mauvaise qualité,elle prends l'eau au bout de 3 mois,le fabriquant me dit que le verre est fendu donc la garantie ne s'applique pas,trop facile car j'ai envoyée une photo et il n'y à n'y rayure n'y choc sur le verre,eviter cette marque acheté sur showroom

The rotating bezel/dial on the watch unexpectedly detached from the watch case. The wacth has not been subjected to any impract or misuse that reasonable cause such a failure. This appears to be a manufacturing or assemble defect. I have been satisfied with this watch until this incident. I would appreciate one of the following resolutions 1) A full refund or B) A replacement watch of the same model or equivalent value. I can provide photos of the detached bezel/dial , proof of purchase or any other details to process the claim. This shoudl be under warranty. Look forward to your prompt response. Thanks,Keith

Just purchased the Stuhrling Valencia 4070 day date which has a lovely case and a beautiful silver dial with day date functions.Gorgeous fluted bezel and batons on dial. Nice two tone strap.If Stuhrling could add a little weight and quality to the strap and clasp like the Raymond Weil freelancer then this would be some watch.I really like it though and great value for money.
After wearing the watch for a while now the strap is fine. It’s just a small issue with the fold over clasp which needs improving so it’s a bit tighter and doesn’t move so much. Highly recommended watch especially at the price.

The watch is as advertised and of good quality, it looks good and is keeping good time
