Had a great experience with Rob at the Thurrock branch. He showed us all the lumbar support sofas on display and gave honest feedback on all of them to help us make a decision. There was no pressure and we were able to look around with no one following us everywhere like we experienced in many other sofa shops.

Jon at the Thurrock Lakeside Store was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful when we were looking for our new sofas. There is an extensive range of options , We never felt hassled or pressured in any way on any of our visits ( there were a couple)which made for a nice experience . I would happily recommend to friends and family.
