We had no pressure sell , Josh made us a great cup of tea and basically left us to it until we were ready to ask any questions we were unsure about ! Ali greeted us in a warm, relaxed way and never pushed a sales pitch. He was informative, guided us in the right direction, and then gave us space to explore. Later, Leon was on hand to answer our questions about another sofa and provided thoughtful insight and guidance. Neither were forceful—just genuinely polite, warm, and clearly focused on what was best for us. We ended up purchasing both sofas through Leon, whose knowledge and honest advice made the whole experience feel easy, trustworthy, and enjoyable. Thank you both for such great service.

Viewed corner sofas yesterday, Neal the store manager spent so much time with us making sure we made the right choice, we received the best retail customer service we have ever experienced - anywhere.
