After four visits

After four visits, I finally made a decision. Jason and Martin helped me in thus, and latterly, Linda was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great buying experience

Our experience with Sofology Poole was excellent. We were assisted by Bernard, and we could not have asked for a better sales assistant. Bernard was friendly, knowledgeable, and never put any pressure on us to complete the sale.

We were informed that delivery would take around 12 weeks, so we’re now eagerly waiting to see if the delivery process, product quality, and post-sale communication match the high standards we experienced during the purchase stage.

Bernard needs to be cloned

We went into DFS, sofology and furniture village because all of them are in the same shopping centre, sofology was by far the most upmarket feeling place and I felt like my business was needed because I was
Listened to, Bernard at Poole was by far the best and welcoming sales person I met he asked questions to find out what I was looking for, he’s a really nice guy and I felt relaxed and not pressured hence my order. I hope that he gets something out of me ordering as he completely deserves it

Linda was very helpful

Linda was very helpful, and rearraged the showroom sofas so we could have a rough idea of dimensions and space between the furniture to make sure it would fit. It would be helpful to know about delivery charge at beginning, not after deciding to buy and that was added on at end of calculating payment. Apart from that very pleased with service.
