On my first visit I was helped by…Nicole
On my first visit I was helped by Nicole I told her what I was looking for and she took me to see the sofa that I purchased, she understood exactly what I wanted. The next visit I was helped by Zak who was also very helpful and the next visit I was helped by Darhys who completed my order. They were so helpful and not pushy, they all let me take my time on decisions and were very polite. I would definitely recommend the company.

Been in store couple of times as couldn’t make decisions what sofas to buy, staff are very welcoming friendly

Mollie was great as she left us alone to browse the sofas until we were ready to ask questions and was very helpful. Everything explained clearly and quickly. Great customer service.

Very professional and knowledgeable…
Very professional and knowledgeable about each sofa we looked at including what would be better for our arthritis. Both of the people we spoke to did not rush us and didn't mind how many sofas we looked at. Good service

Well organised store, polite staff
The layout of the shop floor is easy to navigate. Displays are clear and well thought out. It is easy to see different layout/configuration types and available colours and materials. We liked there were no damaged and broken Sofas which we found in other furniture shops. The staff were polite and helpful but not intrusive.
