We had a good idea of what we were looking to try/purchase before we arrived at the store.
We were greeted by Stephanie so from the moment we entered the building we were made to feel welcome.
Stephanie showed us where the sofa we were interested in. All options were discussed before purchase plus some really helpful advice and information on maintenace and care of the sofa.
Wonderful … excellent knowledgeable helpful caring amazing customer care from Stephanie.
Now just waiting for the delivery update.

Sofa is great and exactly what we wanted. However, when it arrived it was marked. We then complained and Sofology agreed to send out a replacement cushion cover. 12 weeks later the cushion for a completely different sofa arrived and the complete wrong colour, despite me giving them the correct factory code as they requested. Complained again and was told for the second time they would send out a replacement cover. Another 12 weeks later the latest cushion cover arrived. Correct colour and sofa, but the wrong seat (middle instead of a corner). I complained again and was offered the choice of
- replacing the cover again with no guarantee it would be correct + a measly £150 for the inconvenience of waiting what will be a total of 9 months after ordering our sofa.
- Having a whole new sofa ordered so it would be the correct one (hopefully). Again a 9 month wait from initial order.
- Credit for the value of the original sofa to spend instore.
- A full refund on the sofa and for it to be collected immediately.
Neither option is particularly great and is the very minimum that I would expect a company to do given the disaster it has been so far.
Would not use Sofology again. Still awaiting a conclusion to this issue.
