Not great every part of the sofa had a damaged back where it had been dragged. Took approximately three months to sort the repair after they cancelled the first appointment a day or two before they were due to come out. Had to keep chasing them in order to get it done.

Leicester Store - Max was very helpful through the process of us buying our sofa, easy going and knowledgeable.
Ensured we were happy with everything, and was very thorough.

The selection of sofas was extensive and Zainab who guided us and sold the Arlo suite to us was always on hand and very helpful but not in our faces.

We were looking for two sofas for our new house. We were left to browse at our own pace without any pressure. We were asked if we wanted any assistance which we declined at that point. As we narrowed our options down the sales assistant then came back to offer assistance again without pressure. We ended up selecting two of the same model and colour and now are looking forward to delivery

Gareth was helpful and friendly right from the start. He listened to what I wanted and did his best to accommodate me. I was glad he didn’t put me under any pressure to buy and so I was able to choose the chair I wanted. I was also impressed by the new range of sofas and chairs now in store.

An extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman called Gareth. He was friendly. Not at all pushy and answered all questions immediately and with respect.

Katie who spoke to us in the shop was lovely and super helpful. We went to Fosse Park in Leicester where the shop is surrounded by other furniture shops (DFS, SCS and others) and Sofology had by far the least pushy staff in the store, which made me want to go with Sofology over the others before even sitting on a sofa.

Sofa search. Having looked at a few places, I found a sofa that is comfortable, well made, looks great and a good price. Also, the assistant was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Honestly what a great trip to sofology in Leicester, it was nice to be able to actually walk around the shop and not be jumped on by staff the moment you walk in and they wait for you to come to them unlike other shops, we bought a sofa today with the lovely zainab who was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice and support through the process. While we are yet to receive our sofa so we can’t comment on that yet but the customer service was fantastic.

Max was very knowledgeable about the sofa’s and the in’s and outs of buying. He was attentive and was able to answer all our questions. Max certainly knows the products and was a fantastic help when it came to us deciding on what we wanted. He was not pushy or trying to over sell like in other shops. He pitched his approach perfectly and we left the store very happy, having made our purchase with Max. Thank you Max you are a credit to the store.
