Blair the sales representative could not have been more accommodating, friendly or helpful. As a heavily pregnant woman shopping with a child in what they class as a “boring chair shop” was a nightmare until I came into sofology with Blair. He recognised the stress I was under and was so engaging with my child and me to make our experience memorable, from gifting a balloon to my little boy to making me a cup of tea I was so thankful. His knowledge on products was astounding and he really helped me find my dream armchair with everything I needed and didn’t need. I never felt like a burden or rushed/pressured for a sale, he genuinely wanted to make my experience as easy as possible. Even tho I left having spent more than I budgeted for I was very happy with my experience. Could not recommend enough.

Great customer service in the Kirkcaldy store. All questions answered and easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. We were unexpectedly on the hunt for a new couch and happy with the service in store. Waiting for delivery which we hope will be sooner.

Very helpful advice on material and insurance cover in a relaxed informal environment.

In store experience was calm, pressure free and plenty time to look at options, talk them over, we had Alison helping us at Kdy store who was a pleasure to communicate and work with to get our sofa ordered.

This was my first from new sofa purchase and the whole experience was amazing. Shirley was a huge help in helping me decide on the colour of the sofa and super helpful when I made a last minute change to a different colour. The process was quick and seamless, customer service was top level. Excited for my new sofa to arrive in March!

Positive - Janice sales assistant have 100% customer care, lovely couches at reasonable cost.

Negative-Whilst browsing the products, I slipped and fell down a hidden step. There was no safety signs or tape warning customers that the carpeted step was there.
I have recently recovered from a knee replacement and this fall has caused significant pain to my leg hand and back and has set my recovery back.
Janice the sales assistant was fantastic and offered to help as much as 
She could getting water and looking to go the extra mile and try to get me Paracetomal for the pain. 
The manager who took my details for the accident book however didn't seem at all concerned or interested that a paying customer (who has spent a substantial amount on new couches from yourselves) had been injured due to a health and safety hazard within their store.
I worked in customer service for many years and I am thoroughly disappointed in the lack of empathy and concern from the manager. I believe that he could do with some training on how to treat customers and the curt manner that he approached the situation
