Christine was brilliant from when we first walked in, right through to her product knowledge and no push approach.
No pressure was applied at any point and we were made to feel welcome and valued. Would 100% return.

I had a good chat with Julie @ the Inverness branch .we went into all the details and information/ comfort / design and quality of my chosen sofa , every thing was explained professionally and calmly .
Delighted with the overall experience and placed my order .

Staff were very helpful and most importantly, not pushy or giving hard sell. Also love the fact the shop is dog friendly.

It was nice to go into the store and not feel pressured into buying anything. The staff were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed, we had time to go home and think about it and ordered online through the email sent from the store. All very easy and straightforward.

The Inverness store is always presented beautifully, and we've always had fantastic service every time we've visited. Today Aaron was superb in helping us get our sofas ordered. Looking forward to receiving them sooon

We were so surprised at the amount of really modern settees, three piece suites and furniture they have, Aaran was great, after introducing himself he left us to have a look around at our leisure but he was always on hand when we needed his expertise, we were looked after very well not pushy or trying to sell unlike some other companys do. We would highly recommend Sofology.

Went sofa shopping in Inverness in November '25. Sofology Inverness has styles for everyone with fabric and leather choices galore. There is no pressure selling and no staff following you around like a bad smell. Something other stores could learn from.
We had a look around and found the one we thought we wanted then met store assistant Christine and she pointed out a similar but we decided nicer one. It was love at first sight. Thank goodness for her. Lovely lady who carefully took our order with a delivery date of February '26 which we were happy with.
I have waited till now to review as my sofas were delivered today (18/2/26).
Delivery day went great. The delivery guys arrived timeously, were pleasant and carefully set up my sofas and took away all the packaging.
