We went couch shopping at Sofology today and as a family were very impressed with the superior standard of their products as well as the knowledge, helpfulness and attention of their staff (Julie). We bought a couch that day and were guided through the whole process in a very professional way. Can't fault.
We purchased our sofa from Sofology in January 2024, and by January 2026 it will only be two years old. In that short time, we’ve had three separate faults—and the most recent one was extremely serious and nearly caused a fire in our home today.
We are absolutely gutted. We invested in what we hoped would be a high-quality, long-lasting sofa, but instead, it has brought nothing but stress and safety concerns. The fact that the controls nearly caused a fire is terrifying. Even if the issue is repaired, how am I supposed to feel safe using this sofa again? What if the other seats have the same fault?
When I called customer service, I was met with a scripted response saying they can only repair the fault before “next steps” can be discussed. That is simply not good enough. This is no longer just a quality issue—it’s a safety hazard.
I no longer feel comfortable having this product in my home. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from Sofology.
Christine was helpful, nice and so very down to earth. She was patient with my mother who has suffered a bereavement recently and was undecided about buying and emotional. There was no pressure from Christine, she did not encourage my mum to buy, just supported her when she need needed product guidance etc.
Her patience was outstanding.
Lovely experience. We were looked after by Holly who provided great information. I am sure we will love our new furniture when it arrives.

The Lady who spoke to us made sure the sofa was comfortable for my husband who is disabled and let him take as much time as he wanted and needed (which was a wee while) to decide if it was suitable for his conditions. She was very patient and explained everything so easily. She went through everything clearly and double checked everything to make sure it was correct and also answered any questions we had. If she didn't know the answer she went straight through and found out (she was new to the job)
