Great experience right from the start!! When we first walked in we weren’t jumped on straight away but gently informed by Hollie and left to browse in our own time. When we was ready Hollie was so helpful and gave us all the information we needed and helped us order our sofa. Such a quick and painless experience 10/10 would recommend!!

We initially came into the store to browse and we found the experience very easy. No one hassled us as soon as we walked in, in comparison to other stores we visited. We asked for some help/advice and spoke to Steve in the Hull store. He set me up an account and showed me how to order some samples. We then ordered the sofa from home after receiving the samples really quickly. All in all a very stressless experience.

Staff were extremely helpful but not pushy. We were served by Charlotte and Gary at opposite ends of the day and they left us to browse but were there to answer all our questions and advise on options and prices.
Great that it is a dog friendly place as we came out for the day sofa shopping and could not have left her at home for that length of time.
Lots of choices and styles of sofa available. Would definitely recommend a visit to this branch if you’re sofa hunting.

In response to the thanks, I would like to add that my product was available for immediate sale and that is why I write that the waiting time is long and the transport is around 3 miles and I think it is expensive.Thank you

Went to the St Andrews Quay store today in Hull and was served by Gary, extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. He answered every question we had for him and didn't seem like anything we asked in terms of demo or info was too much trouble, he even gave our little one a colouring book and crayons to keep her entertained as well as talking to her and asking her what she liked. Shame there's not an option for six stars but wouldn't of mattered anyways cause Gary served seven, top notch.

We walked in knowing which sofa set we wanted to view, found it quickly and easily. After a few moments, Steve Ricketts attended, asked a few questions related to our visit today, and within 15 minutes, we had ordered the sofa we wanted, with the extras we required. Brilliant experience, Steve was fantastic!
