The new lady (can’t remember her name) was telling me to follow my instincts and was so nice and not pushy at all. She was very kind, caring and approachable and was so happy to be her first customer.

I had a very positive experience in your Paisley store. Given time to view products but I already knew what I wanted. No pushy sales just given information that was useful. Salesman (Kev) really helped me with ordering the configuration I needed. I’m waiting on my sofa but aware of timeframes and helpful information is in the mysofology website when I sign in.

It was good to be allowed to wander round the store trying out various sofas and not be hassled.
When I saw sofa I was interested in the sales person was so helpful answering all the questions I had about the different fabrics I could choose from.

Was in Sofology Paisley on Sunday. Bought a sofa with the help of Cyrill. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Really happy with our purchase and the help we received. Would recommend the store if you’re looking for a friendly but not pushy staff.

We were in the Abbotsinch, Glasgow store and were lucky enough to encounter Kev. He was knowledgeable and very patient.

He gave us time on our own to explore the store.

We left the store and had a wander and when we came back Kev was again available, but did not pressure us or crowd us. He simply let us take our time and then was happy to assist

The person who made our experience a good one was kimberly she had so much patience with us nothing was a bother to her she was very efficient and professional she is certainly can asset to your company

Lovely sofas and chairs. Helpful staff, who are not pushy.

No pressure at the showroom. Quite a relaxing atmosphere. Great selection of sofas and the layout of the stock was briefly outlined by the staff. Once we were narrowing down our choice staff were very helpful with configuring the design, materials and colours. Good use of tech, tablets etc for getting us what we were looking for.

Brilliant experience from Kevin H at the Paisley store. Was super helpful and provided information on each sofa as we needed it but didnt hover while we tried different ones. He was knowlegable and explained the different options but at no point did we feel under pressure to buy which can be a difficult balance in that kind of sales store. A credit to the company.
