Gordon was amazing!!!

From start to finish, Umut was there to answer any queries. He took the time to explain the process, Ts&Cs, and was very knowledgable about the sofa we were interested in.

Monica from the Croydon team has been so helpful in person, helping me find the best couch for myself. She showed us over 10 couches that I looked up online the day before, given me honest feedback about each of them and did not get annoyed with all my questions! She helped me choose the one I really would love having (The Riviera) and helped me throughout the whole process. I was scared the couch wouldn't fit so I had to go back and measure everything and she was so kind via email as well, helping me and making sure the couch would fit in my apartment by checking the measurements I have given her. Honestly, the whole experience was wonderful because of her and it really helped me not overthink and stress about it as much so thank you!

smoothly simple transaction from start to finish

On arrival at the store on Purley Way, Umut a member of team greeted us and told us to wander around the store and if we had any questions to come and see him. No pressure. We were able to narrow down our choice to one of two styles, we then returned to the staff member with a list of questions/queries regarding our choice, which he was able to deal with. We then left the store to think and make a decision on the choice of sofa. We returned two days later and completed our purchase.

Umut was very helpful, we came to see the sofa a few weeks before so we could get an idea of sizing before we measured, and he was very helpful with the specific requirements we had.
He followed up post purchase with measurements we required! Thanks again.

Salesman very helpful for a good product.Only thing is he was waiting at store front to sell us something.Would have liked a little more time to have walked round store first.
