Good training given

My experience yesterday apart from the freeze weather was great, scheduled in time, instructor with excellent knowledge and sense of humour was part of the day, I learned new tricks to ride safely on the road. Thanks Steve and all staffs.

Instructors was really friendly and helped me rub off bad habits from when I used to ride on the road years ago and on motocross bikes I ride now

Very good training

Structured day with clear plan. Our instructor, Marc, led us through the day and gave constructive feedback geared towards the individuals in his group.
Would recommend to anyone!

I had mark as my instructor an he was brilliant safe patient really cared about us getting on the road I got my pass

Instructor Marc was very rude, he was unprofessional and he was using a lot of swear words. He had occasionally picked on me which made me feel very uncomfortable.

All round very positive experience,I have been with phoenix for 8 years now and enjoy the time spent.

Yesterday done CBT at New addington center with instructor Ken.
Ken was very professional, polite and honest. Did each and every modules completely and clearly.

Lost 2 star, for no proper office. The class room in a steel container. No facilities except toilet. Not atleast a bottle of water.

Center is in remote area with no restuarant or shops near by. The time reach home, I was sick and tired due to low sugar and blood pressure.

Thank the heavens for Phoenix and all of the AMAZING trainers there!
I was rather nervous about the entire thing but all of the instructors I had made me feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The training course is carried out in such a way you can take in all the information required to complete the course and abide by traffic laws

Great instructor with a mass of knowledge who looked after us very well. The facilities were ok but could have been a little better which is the reason for 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5 stars for sure. I would highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training.

I had Ken as my instructor and he was brilliant.
He was patient, dedicated and constructive throughout the course.
I feel so much safer going on the road after my CBT with Ken. His knowledge is limitless, and like I said, he was incredibly patient with one student who had never even ridden a bicycle before. Would highly recommend.
