Completely irresponsible. Didn’t pick up the phone for 2 days(they said working 24/7). This young Russian manager Vova(I think that’s his name) told the story about the relative’s sickness whatever and asked me 15000thb almost with tears. Didn’t give it back(more than 1 year passed). Apparently I figured out who this people are. Better stay away from this place and people. Unfortunately phuket has a lot.

It started out very sketchy! I booked and paid online and the only confirmation I got was an email of a receipt!

Nothing telling me when I would get the bike delivered, who to call or talk to ( most motorbike rentals respond immediately over whatsapp) or where to go.

I messaged them but no reply. I emailed no reply. So finally drove to the address on google maps with the other motorbike rental I had and when I arrived I was confused! The so called business was a house. I thought I went to the wrong spot.

So I rang the doorbell and a
Young lady came out who’s name is, “Ja” she was unaware that I rented the bike BUT was so very helpful and quick to accommodate me. She asked for my passport photo ad the proof of receipt. I showed her and then she met me at my villa and dropped off the bike.

So far so good afterwards she said that anything I would need I would have to text MRP Dream Motorbike because they were supposed to handle it.

This is when I realized that MRP Motorbike rentals is just a middle man! They don’t actually own any scooters or rentals. They are a third party who advertises and rents other people’s motorbikes like Turo or Abnb etc.

They handle the back end and administration work! But in fact they don’t do anything!!!! Literally!

I asked to extend one day and they finally answered after 4 hours. Then when I organized the pick up for the rental at my villa for the next day at 4:03pm/16:03 on the 20th they never texted me back until 5minutes before we checked out. Which was 10hours after the last text!(13:55/1:55pm the next day)

Note: I keep saying text because THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS! Or at least never answered one of my calls!! I called 7 times
And the only reason they texted back was because I told them I was leaving the bike behind at the villa because we had to check out and they never responded. Low and behold!! They texted asking,
me, “where is your villa?”

Huh? Thats should be in your system or on the same thread, how do you not know where my villa is? You dropped the bike off the other day right?

They also asked me to leave the key in a certain place. I did as they asked, filmed where left it, took photos, and a video showing no damage.

I texted an hour later when the deposit would be returned at 15:38? And no answer. I asked again at 16:28 no answer! At 18:34 I let them know if I heard no response, explanation or confirmation I would report them.

Time right now is 20:57 in the line to check into my airline and still nothing! I put a $1500 baht deposit down and paid all days in advance. They are literally stealing, and lying unashamedly!!!!

They are scamming people. At least us!
By the way their website says after an hour of receiving the bike they will release the deposit!!

7hours later, still nothing! They are unprofessional. Asking for favors while literally not helping nor giving anything back.
Not even what you paid for! Once they get what they want they forget about you.

Avoid this place! It says expat ran! Which means there is a western foreigner playing a middle man who checks his phone or computer when they have time!
