We asked for guidance as there are a lot of beds in the store and were shown several to try of varying prices until we found the mattress we wanted.
Got a call about date of delivery. Called about 30 minutes before they arrived and mattress carried in and put into place.

1st Class service
From going to the showroom and picking our bed we paid £25 for them to take our old mattress away and got told that iff we did not need for them to uplift it we would get our £25 back.The day of delivery we received a text giving an estimated time of delivery when the driver was half an hour away we received a call to let us know.We told the driver we did'nt need the old mattress uplifting within 10mins we received a call from the store saying our £25 was being refunded ,from ordering to receiving the delivery people were fantastic also absolutely brilliant service would recommend and the showroom is absolutely packed with beds

Bespoke bed
The bed's fairly good for the price - I don’t think £1000 is expensive nowadays.
However, we were short of 4 feet and 1 tightening bit for the bedhead. Also, one of the drawers doesn’t close properly.
I Researched a fair bit to get a bespoke manufacturer but I think I will probably look elsewhere for my next bed.
