Challenging year due to pandemic
The pandemic meant that all learning was virtual. We came to FUSION because our public school was not handling it in a way that met our daughter's needs and it negatively impacted her mental health. Fusion provided a safe space and a way for her to continue her learning. The teachers are kind and upbeat and some academic progress was made. However, our daughter was not sparked with a joy of learning that caused her to go to a higher level in her work. She coasted along, doing the least work possible. With the 1-1 attention I had hoped that her skills would be super charged. That was not the case. However, her mental health was good and some of the classes were especially useful such as life skills and consumer math. The staff is very professional and caring. I think it was hard to motivate any student who was not already excited about learning when everything was virtual and there was so much social isolation. I am very grateful to FUSION for providing a safe way to get an education during the pandemic.

Excellent Institution!
This institution provides excellent teaching - especially for children who have learning differences. They have managed to make my children enthusiastic about learning! More importantly, their confidence has soared which I believe is extremely important!

Excellent choice for specialized learners.
Fusion has been able to meet the needs of my adhd and autistic son extremely well. He used to absolutely dread going to school and now he looks forward to it! He is retaining information much better with Fusion's one to one curriculum. I wish we had enrolled him sooner.
If i had any negative to say at all it is that there is an adjustment period for this school with new procedures and different format. Scheduling is set up more like college than high school and that takes some getting used to logistically. All of this is more of a parent issue and covid issue than an issue with the school. Im so glad we found Fusion.
