Flo is awesome, but…
Flo is awesome. It’s great to have a professional company that records and catalogues DCI events at such a professional level. I do think flow needs to reevaluate the content they supply during the off-season for DCI. Stream old shows and awards ceremonies, more interviews from old drum majors and staffs, just be more present to the activity between September and May! But I’ll keep supporting the art and paying the subscription because I really appreciate what you all do

For years my partner has lived to watch Flo Racing. He has encouraged many of his friends from the racetrack to also join Floracing for best performances available. Recently he changed the payment on his annual subscription and there was a slight problem but with one email to Floracing the error was fixed within minutes. Thank you to the gal in accounting who was thoughtful, efficient and so friendly. May Floracing live on!!!!

The service was ok
The service was great, but I didn't like about the company highlighting a monthly amount in the annual plan as if it were in installments, inducing the purchase and in the end passing the cash payment, confusing people and causing that instead of what appears as planned to pay almost triple when canceling the purchase because it does not receive the full chargeback, even without using the service.

Overall good job, but improvable.
Grateful that Flowrestling is able to convey important national and international contests, of great interest to me as a former NCAA champion and Olympic and World Team member.
This said, I would add a criticism of your on-air commentators, who are usually content to describe action that we can see, rather than provide color -- who have the contestants beaten, been beaten by, schools, background, etc. We don't need to be told what we've just seen.

Dean Johnson Memorial Tournament
Probably the biggest part of running a successful tournament is having it run in a timely manner. Trackwrestling allowed us to do that with the perks of parents and wrestlers being able to follow online in realtime and always have a record of each match preserved. To be able to pull that off with no previous experience running a tournament… it would not have been possible without Track’s online support team and I am most grateful.

I could not find a video of a wrestling match that I wanted to see, so I contacted customer service through email and I was very pleased with how quickly I received a response. They sent me the link and told me how to find the video that I was looking for. Very pleased with the service that I received.

Renewal question saved me $60
I had a renewal question because there was an offer which would be a $60 reduction in my yearly subscription.
Tori gave me the option to cancel and then start a new account .
She provided all necessary links to complete the “new” purchase.
We tried it out and FloHockey was working.
Tori provided this service very quickly.
