I was sooooo indecisive and with his expert opinion and great taste I came to a decision which I’m extremely happy with! The process was slick and easy and I was updated regularly on delivery. Once my tiles arrived Carl even helped me load them into the car! Thank you so much!!

Although the initial delivery was not right the driver returned to us the next morning with everything on the order (although 1 tube of mastic is to come). He was very polite and very helpful.

Didn't get my full order on first visit…
Didn't get my full order on first visit the bathroom fitter said there was a lot of item's missing had to go back and put in a second order got charged £85 pound for first delivery especially when i paid £2,500 pound in total it should of been free delivery the second delivery was free only when the bathroom fitter said he would collect it from the showroom

Having reviewed your order, I can see that the tiles themselves were provided free of charge, but unfortunately, the showroom mistakenly applied a £15 delivery charge. This was not correct, and I have raised this with the store so we can ensure this is avoided in future.
We certainly don’t want you to be left unhappy with your experience, so I have arranged for the £15 to be refunded to you in full. I hope this helps to put things right and goes some way towards restoring your confidence in our service.
