We ordered a bike through the website and paid for faster delivery, then received an email saying that they won't have it in store until after the delivery date we'd already paid for - no apology from them. They offered us an ex-display bike FOR THE SAME PRICE or we could wait until the following week to receive the new bike we had paid for. We had already shown our son the bike and told him the date it was being delivered, so then had to break it to him that we'd been sold something that the company didn't have on site and that we'd have to find another company. We went with a more expensive bike from Decathlon and delivery was taken a day earlier than we expected so everything worked out well but, after the rude customer service and no apology from the company, I wouldn't touch this company again.

Smashing service, they rang to say they didn't have the bike I had ordered at their store but another store close by did have one and if ok they would arrange for that one to be delivered.

It was a present for my Grandson and they assured me it would arrive in time for his Birthday and be ready to collect..

It was and he was chuffed with it

5 star service. Excellent all round.

Easy to order and arrived quickly. Few companies sell the elastics for bike carriers which screw on. A shame as so effective, they use them all the time in the Netherlands where I bought my last ones.

I visited their website to order a couple of disc rotors. Once I found what I was looking for, the transaction was swift and easy to complete. I chose the click and collect option as I was nearby.

Communication through email was really good as they told me when it was available to pick up. Once I arrived, I waited a short while (2 mins max) whilst an employee had taken a call. There was only the one employee in the store at the time from what I could see. Once I engaged with the employee, the collection was again, very swift. No need to go to a back to collect, it was already on the front desk.

One thing to note (not a criticism), when I picked up the rotors, they weren't in the manufacturer packaging. I'm okay with that as minimal packaging works better for me but for others, they might want it in the packaging. This ultimately could be that the products were OEM, but there was no evidence of that on their website. Overall, a good service was done by Cycle King.

Ordered brake pads for my ebike, they were delivered as stated for a competitive price, from a happy customer.

The people in the store were most helpful. The bike was a gift for.my son and he loves it. If ever we need to replace the bike guess we're we would go.

I bought a ladies folding bike. Living too far away to visit, I rang the store at Nottingham a couple of times to ask questions before I bought it. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And most importantly, after sales queries were also excellent.

The bike was also quick delivery. A trusted company and thank you.

Delivery was ahead of schedule. Everything was very well packed. I enjoyed overall experience:)
