Good service but collection protocol is lousy

One glitch which needs to be ironed out: Collection service via DPD is very unsettling; the driver collects high value gold for sale, but gives no code, ID, name or reference. Driver said he has to be genuine because he knew where/when to collect! Frankly, that's not good enough for high value collections.
