Parked on what is attached to free Wigan car park . Was fined £60 little to no signage to indicate was not council car park as you have to enter and leave by council car park entrance. Absolutely shocking . Turned out owned by Buzz - don’t deserve to be in business with this trickery . Shame on you . Update I have contacted your customer service and was told you have no control over car park . You decided to appoint them so I feel you have a moral duty to ensure adequate signage and warning on your car park which you are not doing . Have one way in and out via a free council car park is ambiguous and is designed to catch people out with heavy fines ****update I contacted your team as prompted and they told me they could do nothing as the parking was outsourced however when I paid the £60 fine the payment receipt was sent by BUZZ BINGO ! £60 for parking early on a Saturday morning the only car on the car park , no impact whatsoever on your business . Complete scam designed to catch people out who think they are parking on a free council car park .

Our car parks are handled by external companies and are only for players who are visiting us in club, if you are not a member joining us in club you are likely to receive a parking fine as outlined on the signage.

Buzz bingo is an amazing company
Buzz bingo is an amazing company! The bingo halls are always clean and tidy, the staff are all very professional and extremely nice and friendly! The online app is great, free wins when you log in every day, free bingo to play on certain days and really easy to use and navigate through! Keep up the good work buzz!!!!

Playing Bingo
I like Playing bingo at Buzz Bingo Wigan Town . At the moment I can only go every four weeks. I like the warm friendly atmosphere, and the staff are always polite. Even if we don't win it's still a night out to meet up with friends.

Went to Wigan Town
Went to Wigan Town. Bought package, girl with blonde hair asked if I wanted safecracker, said yes. Wasn't offered 18 for £4. When I remembered this I went back to cancel £2 option, also changed my mind bout diamond package, asked to cancel everything as wanted to upgrade to diamond+. Got told I couldn't upgrade if I'd used a voucher ( I was spending more money, so this made no sense to me ). I then asked what the limit was & got told whatever the manager set it as, so 144 ( warringtons limit is 210 ). Decided to check myself, & bought an extra gold package ( giving me 216 tickets in total ). I have never known a company unwilling to take money off someone wanting too spend more.
Went to order food, told no food as till was down, so managed to get a coffee.
Went back at interval to get another coffee, plus a pack of crisp, when the cook came out, said to bar person " anymore food coming through ". So till back working, no announcement that till was now working. Total lack of good customer service from both booksales & server at bar.

buzz bingo's parking charges is a completed fast, parking charges using wigan mbc barrier, no post explaining its private, nothing on the amazon pick up area about private parking, cold see anything, came back, paid my charge at wigan mbc machine and got in my car.
Few weeks later a parking charge for being on private land, well to me, with it using wmbc tickets and barrier.
wrote to them explaining what I've put above and why i was in wigan shopping as i had some bad news that day. Well i heard nothing back from them for a few months now till last week, its been passed to DCBL And they have great pride in telling you if you don't pay they will take it away.
unfair charges by buzz bingo under handing car charging company CP PLUS supply camera and then bring in another company to get the charges. wmbc at the time £1.70 for 20 minutes

I am sorry to hear about your parking fine but unfortunately we do not operate the car park concerned. I have checked with the the Club and there are signs informing drivers where to park if you are not visiting the club.
Once again I am sorry you have incurred this fine but this is completely out of our control.

Really disheartened 😔
I'm a very regular customer at Buzz Wigan and spend a fortune there. Tonight as usual the same people won who always win and not just once but two or three times a night. I needed one number for all 3 flyer tickets and waited ages for them to come out but they didn't. It feels like it's fixed. I feel like taking my business elsewhere to be honest.
