Absolutely awful visit to buzz bingo in…
Absolutely awful visit to buzz bingo in Swindon, 70% of the food menu was out of stock, pizzas were burnt with NO cheese on as they had ran out, we were only told after we paid and waited that the food wasn’t available, only to be told that we would be refunded to our cards and to pay and order again!! The staff were rude and not helpful in the slightest, the bingo caller was shouting at people for talking quietly, I’ve never experienced anything so awful at a bingo hall i definitely won’t be returning or recommending this awful place to anyone

Unhappy at buzz bingo
I go to buzz bingo occasionally most of the time on my own.
This is okay though I don't know people that well not like others who are friendly and outgoing.
The staff don't talk to me like they do the regulars, and when certain people go to bingo and make me feel uncomfortable for being at bingo myself then it makes it feel unhappy.

Not enough staff
Not enough staff, link ups sometimes fails.
Most times been struggled to get food.
When bingo is live,some people chat make noise, nothing said unlike other clubs they enforce this.
Just feel not value for money prizes are small . Compared to other bingo venues they are cheaper and bigger prizes.
Also the cash bingo boards
jackpots on 95%of games. It not a
fun as used to be. Not quite sure of date October. I did win tho

Slow down!
I loved the idea of playing bingo and the staff were nice. My problem was that the callers go so fast I could not keep up and missed numbers.

Buzz bingo…
The staff at buzz bingo are amazing thay are so kind helpful and they make you smile and also help you to learn the games and what it intails they cheer you up even when your feeling low, my favourite game is I love double money, me and my sister love every thursday helen tamy Nicky Simon and another helen and the young lady at the reception at the door is lovely thank you girls for making are visit so welcoming ❤❤❤❤
