A ‘BIG’ money night experience …
Went in staff on book sales were friendly, we only went as we had vouchers I’ll be honest as previously it was working out expensive however last night was a decent fair price.
Played bingo (link up for 2 pages is poor money for a link up in my opinion). Caroline, always running round dishing change out you are lucky to have her as a staff member! And Julian on the bar, fast and lovely to talk to!
Toilets really need an upgrade and someone ensuring everything is stocked, loads of stalls without toilet roll and no paper towels.
Let’s talk about my reason for 2 stars! Machine room, head office giving vouchers out you can only use on certain machines and people actively reserving the machines and not using them for an extended period of time! Shouldn’t be allowed did mention this to machine host who kind of made a joke about it but all them machines and about 6 not reserved and about 6 of them reserved ones NOT in use for an extended period of time.
Second issue was cash machine ran out of money (shields used to have 2, now down to 1 why?) spoke to manager on book sales who and I quote ‘it doesn’t just take 2 mins to fill you know, she has to open safe, get money out, fill it’. For a company that works off people spending money not really a reply I would have given. Maybe work on actively encouraging the customer to go to the local cash machine?

Great value, good times.
The staff and managers are pleasant, welcoming, and good fun. It’s a lovely place to make new friends, and meet up with pals. Fair chances of winning. The food is good and reasonably priced (I wish there were toasties, though), There is plenty of free parking, and it’s disabled friendly. Who could ask for more?

The staff are great friendly and polite that’s the reason I go to South Shields. The only draw back is you reduce the price of paper tickets but not the electronic tickets. I spend quite a lot of money at bingo but rarely win anything. I have noticed that a lot of the new members win. Also I used to get emails or texts with free tickets and I don’t seem to get any at all now. I think you should give perks not just to new members but to your regular existing members. Or maybe reduce the price of electronic tickets when you reduce paper tickets

I am very glad to hear you are happy with my colleagues in our South Shields club, they do work very hard to provide the best experience for all of our players visiting us.
I’m sorry to hear the touchpad prices were not as expected in our club! We do have Free Paper Books during select Afternoon Main Event Sessions, however please be aware that due to their rising popularity the majority of our sessions do include Electronic Bingo inline with current market trends. The prices of these packages are usually increased with the size of the package purchased.
In terms of promotions that we offer, these may be tailored at times to our customers, meaning different promotions will be seen on your account compared to somebody else's account.
Please feel free to contact our Customer Services team who can complete some marketing checks on your account to ensure you are opted in to receive these. Our free number is 08081691459 and we are available from 10am until 8pm daily, alternatively you can pop an email over to support@buzzbingo.com.
