I always enjoy my experience at Buzz…Get the Buzz!
I always enjoy my experience at Buzz Bingo, Enfield, as the staff are helpful and there is a friendly atmosphere. Lunch is delivered to our table and at lunchtime there are relatively few people, so it is a good chance to chat (quietly), especially in the go go games, as not everyone plays them.

Went back in club after a very long…
Went back in club after a very long time spent alot of money. Only to get a phone call from Buzz Bingo player protection team who then suspended me for a further year for doing to much money. They also said I had no player protection. Not my fault it's there.

It is a relief to get away from the stresses of life and chill with friends and family for a few hours. Its great to meet lots of friendly people too, staff are also wonderful!

The machines are put to high for anyone to win anything, I put four hundred in and barley won 20, if you want more people to come then lower the prices and machines.if they get something back they will play more.

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers. With Gambling, it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will win the amount you have put into the site.
You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially lose as there is no guarantee of winning. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilising our safer gambling tools for a cool-down period.

Bad caller
It’s a good experience overall but ruined at our club by a caller. On the days he’s not there it’s fine. I’m also not keen on the link games especially the big link for £2000 as there seems to be no chance of winning

I really enjoyed my evenings wit buzz. But every time I have arrived I have to get a temporary card as something has gone wrong. I didn't mind the first time but 4 times now.

I do like it at Buzz BUT the number of tickets in the electronic packages are too many when compared to paper prices and the fact the electronics do not shout to claim is not what should happen. The whole point of bingo is to shout when you have a win!

I’m sorry to hear you’ve not enjoyed our Touchpads in our club! We do have Free Paper Books during select Afternoon Main Event Sessions, however please be aware that due to their rising popularity the majority of our sessions do include Electronic Bingo inline with current market trends.
When using the touchpads there is a claim button which can be used to claim your win, but we do also advise giving the caller a shout to ensure their attention is caught.
