Nothing went wrong it’s just good value…
Nothing went wrong it’s just good value for money anymore. The bingo and the table games!
The food is all microwaved, nothing is fresh!
On the upside the most of the staff are friendly.

No full payout as advertised
Myself and my wife went to the Baisingstoke buzz bingo as we had a text to say that the last 5 houses was a 200 pound payout each house..Well it was 100 pounds ..the only reason we went to buzz bingo on that night was of the 200 pounds payout..terms and conditions should be on the advertisement not in very small writing which you have to hunt for..Buzz bingo will go bust if they carry on the way they do..bad management bad advertisement

The staff are noisy talking and clearing up while we are playing the lates so difficult to concentrate on the game.

Friendly staff and could not do more to make your night enjoyable, just a few things I think could improve we always have to wait for the prices to be updated when we are buying the books, where I think the prices should have already been updated before opening/selling times
