I feel the whole session was a bit good, I love the drivers and how cautious they are. The seats on the bus are comfy too☺👌

A fun way to explore LA, but the “24-hour” ticket isn’t quite accurate: the buses stop running at 4 PM. It can also get very hot, so plan your stops carefully.

Nice idea, but too long waiting time in between the buses, in LA only every 45- 60 minutes. Very early last bus from the beach (3.45 pm).

Fun tour. Recommended if you have a day off in Los Angeles and have never been to this city.

Went on celebrity and lifestyle tour this morning with Shara. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to stop and take family photos for us. Highly recommend and lots of star’s homes pointed out along the way as well as history of the area.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased the 2 day pass. The buses do NOT run as advertised. If you get off to look at a stop don’t expect to be getting a bus in time to finish your. This is just a waste of money

Gawd no. Don't do it. I'm sitting on this bus as I write this review in hopes it could save someone precious time and money. The bus sits at stops for periods of 10-15 minutes in the July heat, the commentary is dumb, there's loud people with kids screaming in your ears, and the usual suspects who believe that cheap ass perfume can substitute showers. No. No thank you.

We bought the ticket via the companies app and that gives the option to install into the Apple wallet.

On boarding the blue bus in Santa Monica, the driver Shaun tried to scan the ticket in the wallet which didn't work. He then went on to insist we must have a ticket ready as he has a schedule to keep. When we told him that it's his companies system that doesn't work he didn't care. He was rude and just repeated that he just drives the bus.

On another stop, a lady was asking if this was the correct stop for somewhere they wanted to see. As this took extra time, the driver was getting more and more inpatient.

We've used many hop on buses in different cities, this one doesn't work for two reasons.

This company has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. If Google didn't force me to give one start I would not have. We tried to go on a tour last week and ran into a whole variety of problems causing us to request a refund at 3pm and throwing in the towel. I have been told everything from we were lying to a manager would reach out but have yet to have any resolution. All I want is my refund that we were told we would receive so we can be done. I have been messaging on the app for over a week and have yet to hear from a manager to resolve this so unfortunately this has became my last resort.

If you are in the city for a short and limited amount of time then go for it! Easy way to explore.

It was a waist of time an money. And here is why.
1)you only get a headphone for the commentary and I don't know if it was an issue of timing or else but I had in a few cases troubles to see the building the commentary was talking about
2) the time table is very limited. The bus only runs from 10am until 16:15 with a frequency of about one per hour. Their time table maybe say differently but that is what I experience first hand.
So if you things of using this service to see most of the key Los Angeles landmarks forget it. You will not manage to see more than a handful if lucky. I wish I just had drived to the places I visited with this service
3) too expensive for the service you get. I suggest you shop around
