This game is horrible I was charge 41.00 for a 20.00 deposit. Some one from their support team contacted stated I made a legal threat, cause I told them I will contact my bank & I will.. The game is very slow it crashes all the time the customer service there sucks. So my best advice to anyone don’t play this game. My account was suspended already before the representative call me then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted her to suspend my account after she already knew it was suspended. Then she also stated that they will send me to collections. She’s very unprofessional and need a whole lot of training. I have everything recorded and I will find a way to post the recording so yall hear for yall self. Best advice don’t play this game EVER!!!?

Below is a screenshot of some of the 120 messages i get from betus, notice ALL the different names of the 20 or so fugazi acct managers lol seems like a new acct manager evey week. In reality they are thirsty for deposits and if you fall forANY type of bonus or free play they offer ,you are locked into a cycle of rollovers that will prevent uou from cashing out… thats the whole point! I deposited once, lost a bit, then redeposited again. Even had an "Account manager" approve me for a higher bonus. Three days later after I start losing, boom my account is marked as an "Advantage player". I can now only bet Moneylines, I have a $140,000 rollover on $2000, and have completely lost access to props/props builder, the sites rewards system, etc. I have been constantly told by my "account manager" that she will email me and make a case to try and get my account reactivated and she has not once to this day emailed me. I can bet on more markets at a bar then on here. Ridiculous.

I won with bonus money and was told I had to bet $470 in sports bet. I bet close to $800 before they would cash it out. I will never use this site again. Their bonus is a scam

The casino portion is nice wide variety and I like how it gives you a breakdown of each game…I don’t win as much here as I do other casinos so that could be just coincidence but regardless overall great App I don’t like how it kicks me out every five minutes., but my real complaint is the sports spreading section. I got FreePlay and I didn’t know it was FreePlay for sports betting and I don’t do sports betting so I have no clue what I’m doing and FreePlay that’s only to be used with betting so it kind of sucks. Where is the freeplay with the casino side? Where is that bonus? I didn’t see it.

Worst sportsbook ive ever joined in my entire life. I am extremely frustrated with BetUS right now. I deposited $120 using my bank debit card. When it came time for me to withdraw my money, I was told I needed to provide verification documents. I uploaded my driver’s license and the debit card I used, just like they asked.

Then they came back and told me I also needed to provide a card that I used with BetUS back in May 2026. That card was a VIRTUAL card through an app, meaning there is no physical card for me to take a picture of and upload. I explained that to them.

What really doesn’t make sense is that I was told that if another card was used within 30 days, it would need to be verified. The virtual card they are asking me about was used back in MAY. It is now SEPTEMBER. That is way over 30 days!

At this point, I feel like BetUS is giving me the runaround instead of simply processing my withdrawal. They had no problem accepting my money when I deposited it, but now that I’m trying to withdraw my money, there seems to be one issue after another.

I have provided the documents that I can provide. I cannot upload a physical copy of a virtual card that DOES NOT EXIST. If BetUS needs additional verification, they should offer another reasonable way for me to verify the virtual card.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and right now I feel like they are making it unnecessarily difficult for me to get my money. I would definitely tell other people to be cautious before depositing their money with BetUS because withdrawing it has been a completely different experience.

BetUS stole all the money in my account. They cut off access to my log in, would never return my calls and ended up absconding with all funds.
Also, should you win, they make it nearly impossible to withdraw your funds.
Absolutely a criminal Chinese organization.

in Dec. of 2025 i got a free bet from BETUS.PA and i lost the free bet. In Aug. 2026 i won $70 in a poker freeroll. i turned that into $1900 thru slots. i tried to cashout but i wasnt allowed to. so, they said because of a $10 free bet 9 months ago i have to wager $100. they said baseball only counts as half and football would count as the whole 10x=$100. so, i made a bet on a football game $100. well the football game wasnt until thursday/4 days away. which i thought it was tuesday. so, i got an itch to play more while waiting lost it down to $300 then finally gained back $1200. i lost the football game and now they said i have to bet another $15 on sportbook. i had previously asked can i just deposit $10 and offset this stupid rollover. they wouldnt allow it. so, after much back n forth they said because i won $70 in a poker freeroll in which the winner gets $250. they were only going to allow me to cashout $125. i looked all thru their website and could not find a single thing about poker freeroll rollovers nor that if you win a freeroll you can only cash half. these people are liars and scammers. they will do anything for money. at first i thought they were italians but quickly realized they act more like J***. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE OR THESE PEOPLE. they will confiscate your winnings. they have me blocked on all social media, have turned off comments and deleted other comments i made as well. they cant refute my claims, so they ban my account/block me. if i can save 1 person from being scammed by BETUS.PA ill be doing the world a favor.

This Sportsbook is the best in the business will help you in anyway they can if you are losing or winning. They have great bonuses and Terrence is 5-star VIP rep, highly recommend him. After losing my first few deposits I played through my bonus won a good amount of money called Terrence and he was awesome. Got the crypto team on with me and they set me up for easy withdrawals and deposit the lady I spoke to from the team was also amazing. Don't take their bonuses, it's a total scam. Once you use any of your bonus, it gets mixed with your actual deposit money and you have to turn it over multiples tens of times. I got a $700 bonus on a $500 deposit and turned it into $2500. They wouldn't let me cash ANYTHING out before betting $22,000 in the sportsbook. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So far this place seems legitimate. The only downside is that verification take 3 days before you can withdraw and they want a actual picture of your debit card which is kind of sketchy. I see a ton of bad reviews. Im in the process of withdraw and have to wait 3 days for verification. Ill update if my funds get taken or if the withdrawal is complete. Im in texas so theres no restrictions on slots and I won 1k bucks. Waiting patiently....

Worst site to gamble on, after my late husband passed away I was unable to claim his cash earnings. I provided legal forms, which I sent 3 times and called over 6 times to verify. BETUS without reason denied a legal small estate affidavit. BETUS requires an entire probate proceeding for $400, ridiculous. Other gambling apps did not do this and I was easily able to receive his cash earnings. So if you pass away they keep your money or make your family go through probate. Also their staff was completely cold and rude, inhumane. I was even told to be quiet. Extremely disrespectful and disgusting customer service.

I gave this online casino a second chance and it went how I figured it would. Slots don't pay, no bonuses or very poor bonuses. I felt dumb for even depositing again here.
