Separate to the great experience mentioned above, my only reservation is that the agency take 30 days to pay the umbrella after they receive payment resulting in 60+ day payment terms depending on the role and payment process. So it would have been good to have been made aware of this in advance.

Zahan made the whole process of representation and communication really simple and easy. He was extremely pleasant to work with and I've enjoyed the whole process.

Throughout the entire process Jared White was always available to support me with any questions and never pressed for me to close-down any other recruitment processes I was doing at the same time.

He ensued I had all the information I needed and left it in my hands to make all decisions without persuasion.

You just posted the dates I was paid and when my timesheets were submitted. This, combined with other identifiers like my full name could be seen as a GDPR breach.Speaking of which, HR also sent me personal information of a new employee.
This breach was made by the same employee who previously responded poorly about payments, and it included the new employee's full name, mobile number, personal email address and more.I think this is highly unprofessional and suggest removing your response.

You also flagged the review multiple times and have made more effort to remove a negative review than to listen to feedback and improve.
This is clearly seen in your response where the focus is on covering yourself with policies and an 'appeal to emotion' about your employees' efforts.

I don’t believe my review is false. I’ve not said this was under false pretence, however it is true that the team was unhelpful. It is also true that I am not being paid for work I completed for two months. You mentioned yourself that the timesheet approved on the 1st of one month won’t be paid until the 30th of the following month. This clearly makes it two months. I therefore don’t believe this is misleading. If anything, your statement that it’s a “30 day payment term” is misleading as it’s actually 30 days after the end of the month in which the timesheet was approved, regardless of when in the month it was approved.

(1/5) I've had to wait 2 months for approved timesheets to be paid. Payments are held for 30 days and only paid at the end of the month. The accounts team refuse to help or even act in with a level of understanding. Claiming the system is fully automated, they refuse to assist in any meaningful way.
