Habe ein Mobiltelefon von der Firma Sharp bestellt. Leider war nicht ersichtlich, dass es den O2 Provider nicht unterstützt. Das Mobiltelefon unterstütz nicht das LTE Band 20.
Habe nach zwei Tagen gleich reklamiert. Jetzt schreibe wir hin und her mit dem Support von banggood Shop, wie ich das Problem auf Video bringe. Wie kann man das auf Video bringen. Ich frage wie und auf dem Support von Sharp hingewiesen, das das Band 20 nicht unterstütz wird und das es in der Produktbeschreibung nicht dargestellt wurde.
Wenn der Shop von banggood Dein Geld hat, dann hat er das und möchte es nicht mehr her geben.
Die Odyssee geht jetzt schon eine Woche und der Service möchte immer ein Video haben wie es funktioniert. Wie wollen Sie das sehen ob es das Band 20 LTE unterstützt. Ich frage mich manchmal wer da hinter sitzt?
In den Shop nichts kaufen, keine Garantie.....
