I had problems with the p4pro + drone. I searched for answers on the internet, watched a lot of youtube videos, nothing helped. Contacting the DJI support team. I received very high quality assistance here, the repair cost nothing as it turns out to be a minor problem. I only paid for shipping and DJI paid for shipping. I am very, very happy to have chosen DJI
