Kein Paket, Kein Geld zurück, Keine Kommunikation

Ich habe ein Paket im Mai bestellt:

Wert: 300€
Datum: 30.05.2019
Versand: EU Priority Line
Geschätzte Lieferzeit: 7-15 Werktage
Max. Lieferzeit v. Banggood: 60 Tage (?!)
Stand jetzt: 90 TAGE, kein Paket, Banggood will nicht zahlen

Verlauf:
Nach 16 Werktagen begann der Spaß: unzählbare Kontaktversuche
mit dem Banggood "Customer Service" - immer mit dem gleichen
Resultat: "Please wait for more days/ one more Week".

Dabei war völlig egal, ob ich nach dem Verbleib, nach Tracking Informationen oder einem Refund gefragt habe. Meine Fragen bekam ich nie beantwortet.

01.07.: In Transit (im Hub in London, UK)
20.07.: In Transik (Neiße, Polen)

Seitdem musste ich immer wieder anfragen, um immer wieder vertröstet zu werden.

Die HÖHE: Der Customer Live-Service erzählte mir, das Paket sei schon in Deutschland und könne deshalb nicht rückerstattet werden. (Das war Anfang August, also NACH den max. 60 Tagen und lange VOR dem jetzigen Zeitpunkt).

Nun hieß es, ich soll plötzlich doch noch einmal warten bis zum 25. August.

Guess What: Das Paket kam natürlich nicht, mein Geld habe ich ebenfalls nicht zurückbekommen. (Stand: 26.08.2019)

Die 3 Sterne Durchschnitt sind Wahnsinn - Banggood sollte einen Durchschnitt von -3 haben...

Die automatische "Antwort" von Banggood auf Trustpilot ist nichts als heiße Luft, nicht beachten.

--> 90 Tage, seit über einem Monat habe ich Anrecht auf mein Geld, nachdem die von Banggood SELBST GESETZTE neue Deadline (25.August) durch ist, will Banggood auf Anfrage das Geld IMMER NOCH NICHT zurückzahlen. Ich soll jetzt "mit den lokalen Versanddiensten" abklären wo das Paket sein könnte.

They didnt send the product and never paid my money back

I placed my order on May 30th (important for later!)

Value: 300€
Shipping Method: EU Priority Line
Country: (From Hong Kong to) Germany
Shipping time: 7-15 Business days
Maximum time in general by Banggood: 60 days

After 20 buisinessdays i contacted them for the first time. No Information at all, there wasn't even any tracking information, they just replied "Could you please wait for more days?".

I tried to get ANY information for at least 20 times. No result.

I opened a dispute on Banggood and Paypal.

Facts:
- Shipped on May 31st
- In London on the 1st of July
- In Nysa (Poland) on July 20th
--> Contact to Shipper (Royal Shipments)
---> It torned out: THAT WAS ALL WRONG, the package is
allegedly sill in London.

Now we have the 5th of August, so their rediculous shipping time of 60 days is over since a week.

Guess what: They wont pay the money back, the want me to wait until August 28th(!!!!)

And the Orders page now says: Shipped on July 26th, while the tracking info still says otherwise.

I lost all hope, apparently Banggood ripps people off all the time.
I whish i read about this earlier.

So to anyone reading thia: DONT BUY AT BANGGOOD! Its not worth the few "saved" bucks.

Propably Banggood will answer to this with their standard "customerservice" reply. Its all bull.s.h.i.t, they dont help at all

EDIT: What did i tell you? Standard Answer from Banggood. Also funny: "Slightly delayed" (by 2 months and continuing)

Nicht zu empfehlen. keine Transparenz, schlechter Kundenservice

Ich habe ein Smartphone für 370€ gekauft. Mehr als zwei Wochen nach der maximal angegebenen Versandzeit von 15 Werktagen (EU Priority Line: 7-15 werktage) gibt es vom Telefon keine Spur, es gibt nicht einmal Versandinformationen.

Auf mehrfache Anfragen nach dem Verbleib des Pakets kamen zwar freundliche, aber komplett ausweichende und auf später vertröstende Antworten "please wait for more days", "please wait for one more week". Diese Antworten sind standardisiert und schon seit Jahren so in Nutzung.
Kurz: Keine Hilfe, keine Transparenz.

Im Internet gibt es tausende solche Fälle zu lesen - Ich bin leider auch auf die günstigen Preise reingefallen.
Jetzt heißt es also noch 1,5 Monate warten, um dann mein Geld zurückzufordern.

Letztendlich kann Banggood vielleicht nichts dafür, wenn dauernd Ware im Transit verloren geht, aber AliExpress und Co. schaffen das mit erstaunlicher Geschwindigkeit, Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit, also ist dies keine Entlastung für Banggood.

EDIT: Laut Antwort von Banggood kommt es manchmal durch den Zoll zu geringfügigen Verzögerungen "slightly delayed".
Das Handy wurde vor mehr als einem Monat bestellt, es gibt weiterhin keine Versandinformationen und keine Antwort auf etliche Anfragen. Das einzige was ich (trotz mehrmaligem Abbestellen) permanent von Banggood bekomme sind Newsletter und werbe e-mails.

NEVER. AGAIN.
