Gut nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten!
Etwa drei Spiele habe ich bereits dort gekauft. In Steam oder anderen Plattformen ist es ja bis auf seltene gute Angebote doch immer teuerer und nicht immer will man auf das nächste Angebot warten.
Als ich dann allerdings bemerkte angeblich eine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen zu haben und, dass nicht nur einmal eine kleine Summe von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde, habe ich die Reißleine gezogen. Insgesamt waren es etwa 9x Beträge in der Höhe von 2,74€. Das bedeutete bei mir eine saftige Email in sauberen Englisch an den Support, was der ****** soll (natürlich freundlich) und, dass ich jedwegen Kontakt mit Ihnen einstellen werde, sowie meinen Benutzeraccount löschen lassen will, samt aller meiner Daten. Habe hier bereits, aber noch ohne Drohungen des Anwalts, meine Position klar gemacht, dass ich weiter bei Ihnen einkaufen will, wenn Sie die Transaktionen rückgängig machen und die regelmäßigen Abbuchungen in Zukunft unterlassen. Sowie Sie darauf hingewiesen, dass dies nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht. Denn bewusst habe ich keine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen und die Art und Weise wie diese "aktiviert" wurde, sicherlich nicht rechtskräftig ist.
2 Wochen später (Sie hatten eine Bearbeitungszeit erbeten) 6 Rückbuchungen über 6x Beträge bekommen in dem Zeitraum in dem ich bei keinem Kauf von Vorteilen profitiert habe und würde folglich wieder einkaufen. Der Support erfolgte prompt und mein Problem wurde gelöst. Hätte das selbst nicht gedacht und wollte hier schon eine negative Bewertung schreiben.
Insgesamt würde ich also wieder einkaufen, ein fader Beigeschmack und etwas Aufwand bleibt allerdings. Also immer, nicht nur hier, die Augen offen halten.

Very good Spaceship indeed. We travelled over 3.500km in New Zealand with it. And it was a great experience. Seen so many great places and as a couple we really grew together.
Sadly there were a couple of little things that were either not explained to us, or just not well thought through, by example:
- The matress pieces are in an order a lot more comfortable (tiny little tags with a, b, c).
- If you move both seats back and lean them backwards u get the third matress not to slide of the tableboard. Unluckily than you have no access or room to stand between the matress and the seats.
- Also it says u can have an optional 2,3m bed, apparently we would have needed to ask for it, because we could not book it additionally or just did not see it? Good side, it may be free than? (Even though most will be fine with the 1,9m and appreciat not having even more stuff to store somewhere)
- The beeping noise when going in reverse was killing us, it is just distracting and annoying, but I guess that is a Toyota thing.
- The mosquito nets just did not fit, no clue if we got the wrong ones, they worked to most extend, still it seemed a bit cheap/unthoughtful.
- Our given washing liquid was leaking, the whole rear car box was soaked with it. Propably unlucky, but really annoying.
- The freshwater tank was definitely not usable for drinking water, it just tasted yuck. As I used similar tanks before, I have no clue what they did with this one.
If you know this stuff, it goes a lot easier, but remember you are cramped up in a small Van. I would definitely do it again though, my girlfriend, hmmm, not so sure...
And ah, driving pleasure from the Previa is -100, seriously it is a freaking Van with an old 4 gear automatic transmission. If you push it, it gets loud, but has at least some acceleration, definitely more for a comfortable spacetraveller, not recommanded for a sporty X-Wing Pilot. ;-)
