Sehr guter, schneller und kulanter Service

Ich bin jetzt seit 12 Jahren Kunde bei Amazon und bestelle dort jeden Monat 2-5 Artikel. Bis jetzt hat sich Amazon mir gegenüber immer als sehr kulant und serviceorientiert erwiesen. Rücknahmen und Erstattungen waren immer schnell und problemlos. Auch mit Garantie- oder Gewährleistung gab es nie Probleme. Als Käufer bin ich sehr zufrieden und werde dort weiter gerne und beruhigt einkaufen.

Very bad service

My family got stranded at Stansted Airport. Flight was cancelled due to bad weaher conditions (fog) but other flights of the same company and other companies did operate at the schedualed time of the flight. ??? Since the passengers did not receive any information on how to proceed I called the service hotline unfortuantly they only operate till 19:00 so the keept me waiting for 15 minutes and then kicked me out!!! I had to use the chat than. The first lady kicked me out because i wrote form Germany (I wrote in English and this was exactly the chat contact mentioned on the webpage. The second lady Izabel was very helpful and arranged a booking one day later, without her help the journey would have been a disaster. The attendance took nearly 30-40 minutes although Izabel was quiete quick in anserwering my questions. Its very bad service to close the telephone serice at 19:00 it's even worse that Ryan Air wanted to charge for the seat reservation. We got a flight to Dortmund the original destination was Cologne. The next flight to Cologne would have been on January the 1. The one star i have to give is only for Izabel. But the servce of the airline is poor! I will neither use their service again nor can I recomend Ryan air. Regarding the poor customer ratings i suppose they don't really mind.
