Bestellung + Ware super; Retourenabwicklung mangelhaft
Bestellung hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Ware wurde zeitnah und gut verpackt zugestellt.
Ein Artikel aus der Bestellung wurde retourniert. Nach einem Monat immer noch keine Bestätigung oder Erstattung des Geldes erhalten. Sehr unzufriedenstellendes "Einkaufserlebnis".

Regarding your refund, we have looked into your account and can see that we received your return on 08/02/2017 and the refund was validated the next day on the 09/02/2017, however please accept our apologies as due to a technical issue your refund transaction appears to have failed to pass.
We can assure you that this has now been amended and your refund has been processed again manually. Please be assured that this amount should be showing in your account within the next few working days.
