Ich habe am 12.08.2019 einen 3D Drucker mit Versandversicherung gekauft.
Lieferzeit wurde mit 7-15 Tagen angegeben. EU priority Line. Nachdem ich über die APP 17 Track (keine Werbung) und als Versender DPD HK eingegeben habe, konnte ich sehen, dass das Paket rausgegangen ist und seit dem 15.08. am Airport Hongkonk auf seinen Weiterflug wartet. Ich habe darufhin den Support von Banggood kontaktiert. Ich wurde mit Standardfloskel abgespeist: Ich möge doch bitte zur Post gehen und nachfragen. Ich habe Banggood höflich aufgefordert mir doch bitte genau zu sagen, wo das Paket steht. ich bekam eine Antwort, dass sie hierfür 48 Std. Zeit benötigen. Nun ja ich habe die Zeit gewartet und heute früh eine Mail bekommen. Jeder kann sich bestimmt denken, was jetzt kommt: Ich habe einen Auszug vom o.a Programm erhalten. Ich warte jetzt noch bis Ende nächster Woche und dann hole ich mir mein Geld zurück. Stand jetzt nie wieder.
UPDATE: Der Drucker ist immer noch nicht da. Nachdem mir vor ca. 1 1/2 Wochen erzählt wurde, der wäre am Zoll in Frankfurt bekam ich ich heute früh eine Mail, dass der Drucker auf Grund des Streiks in HK leider erst in ca 12 Tagen rausgehen wird. Ich warte ja erst seit 5 Wochen Banggood. Ich weiß, dass andere Ihren Drucker bekommen haben, obwohl Sie 2 Wochen nach mir bestellt haben. Das ist ein Saftverein.
