. Bestellung ist vom 15.06 bis heute immer noch nichts angekommen. Support ist absolut unfähig und antwortet nur mit Standard Copy and Paste Antworten. Versendet wurde es angeblich schon am 02.06 nach unzähligen Mails und dem Antrag auf Käuferschutz würde das Versand Datum dann auf Mitte Juli geändert obwohl das Tracking über die absolut unwürdige polnische Transport Firma was ganz anderes sagt. Versandversicherung wurde auch abgeschlossen absolut unsinnig da die sich weigern irgendwas zu ersetzen. War definitiv meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei bg. Auch schön zu sehen das unter jede negative Bewertung hier immer der gleiche Text kopiert wird. Letzter Schrott laden bestellt hier Bloss nix euer geld ist weg und ihr bekommt nix als dumme antworten und eine Menge schlechte laune. Zu guter Letzt hab ich jetzt auch noch von PayPal als Antwort bekommen das sie dem Versand noch Zeit geben möchten und ich auch von denen das Geld nicht wiederbekomme. Nach über 2 monaten .... Hier nochmal ein dickes fettes FU banggod und ebenfalls ein dickes FU an Royal shitments
