Service?
Für einen Artikel, der mit 22,76 € ausgezeichnet war wurden mir 27,95 € in Rechnung gestellt. Wiederholt habe ich schriftlich darum gebeten mir den Differenzbetrag zu erstatten. Eine schriftliche Stellungnahme ist nicht erfolgt.
