Wir fuellen uns betrogen
In userem geschpracht fuer den Tankauflieger Stokota mit die schassie Nr:YA9SR380306191392 und ref.Nr 235137 mit Herr Anton van Pelt haben Wir geschprochen dass alles inordnung ist.Dass Fzg wurde uns in das beste Licht vorgestellt.Auf unsere Frage kann das Fzg nach Kumanovo MKD fahren war die Antvort: Ich zitire "Ja,genau 100%",aber das war nicht der Fall bei der ubernehmung von Fzg.
Auf diesem Gruende moechte ich das Ihre Recnung Nr 15204029 von 18.09.2015 im Wert von 1500,00€ storniert wird und das Geld auf mein Konto zurick kommt.
Wir hoffen das Wir das Problem ohne Gericht loessen koenen,und wir werden auch in weiteren ihre Kunde sein.

I checked our tanktrailer-deal with our salesman Peter Muilenburg and Anton van Pelt (our colleague who arranged the delivery).
We prepared your trailer for transport to its destination. In addition to our preparations we changed some wheels and tires and we removed the outriggers. Normally this isn't part of our standard preparations, but we did this as an extra service.
After the delivery, your driver asked us if we could change the brakes. Because this would bring extra costs, Mr. van Pelt called you to make an agreement about the price. You confirmed us that it was OK. Therefore we do not see any reason to pay an amount of money back to you.
I hope you understand this and we hope to continue our good relationship.
