Ich habe die Schuhe zurückgeschickt und bin mit Ihrem Rücksende-Prozess absolut unzufrieden. Es lag kein retourschein bei. Ich musste einen Account bei Veja einrichten um überhaupt an Information zu gelangen und um das rücksendeetiket zu erhalten. Die Schuhe sind bereits am 3.6.25 bei Ihnen entgegengenommen worden und es wird mir nicht im Account angezeigt. Keine Mail, keine Infos. Keine adäquate Hilfe. Absolut schlecht. Sie schulden mir 140€ !!!!

Our team received your return parcel on the 6th of June. They will register it on their system.
This process step is carried out by hand and entails a meticulous quality check. It will take 3 - 8 working days from when your parcel is received to process your return. You will then be automatically refunded using the payment method used for the original transaction.
All our logistics teams are doing their utmost to reduce this delay.

Ich finde es nicht, wo ich den Rücksendeschein ( Retoure) bearbeiten kann, also welche Schuhe ich zurückgebe und warum???

Lieferdesaster
Verpackungsqualität und Paketdienst USB negativ.
Kein Karton, nur ein Kunststoffbeutel der komplett offen war, ein Stück braunes Paketklebeband völlig sinnlos obenauf ohne Verschlussfunktion und nur 1 Schuhschachtel darin (die Bestellung und die Lieferbestätigung umfasste 2 Paar bereits bezahlte Schuhe). Das weiße Papier in der Schuhschachtel zerknüllt und zerrissen.

Ich habe bis heute keine Information erhalten, ob und wann mein Paket zur Abholung bereit ist an der Abholstation. Wie stellen Sie sich das vor? Das ist richtig richtig richtig schlecht!!! Und nein, es ist nicht immer nur die Schuld des Zustellers, sondern es ist Aufgabe des Auftraggebers die Zustellung sicherzustellen.

Die Schuhe sind sehr schön, weiches Leder, eher etwas größer geschnitten.
Leider wurde mein Paket nicht bei mir zuhause abgegeben und ich musste selbst herausfinden, wo mein Paket hinterlegt wurde. Auch nach mehrmaliger Anfrage über das Kundendienstformular Hilfe zu bekommen, habe ich bis jetzt noch keine Antwort erhalten. Entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung von Kundenservice!
