Complete loss of power to our house
From the initial report of our electrical problem (all power lost due to an external UKPN part at fault), the engineer visiting to the guys starting and completing the external works their service was first class. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Thank you.

Excellent Service from everyone dealing with our issue.
We lost all power at my house. I found out it wasn't in our house, and they quickly sent someone around. They had to dig up outside our house to find the fault. But we had power back in 28 hours. And the hole was filled and the tarmac completed in 3 days. They even jetwashed the area.
100% Happy.
Had a few teams of men here over a few days to sort the problem, couldn’t fault any of them, all very polite & kept me inform of what they were doing.

Unexpected power cut and impressive customer support service
Our area of S.E. London had an unexpected power cut this morning. It only lasted a very brief time but I almost immediately I received a text message from UK Power Networks apologising for any inconvenience and explaining what had caused the fault and what they had done to rectify/repair this. What an impressive service. More companies could learn from their excellent customer support. Makes us feel we are valued. BIG thank you to the team involved.

After losing power to my house and contacting them I received a phone call within 10 minutes. An engineer arrived an hour later and identified the problem and the repair team fixed the fault quickly once they arrived.

Engineer came approximately one hour from notifying loss of power, it was a dark evening, and had put the fault right within the next hour
I moved into the Essex area four years…
I moved into the Essex area four years ago and I have never lived anywhere that has so many power cuts. Absolutely ridiculous! Yesterday a power cut, today a six hour planned cut and tonight another unplanned cut. If I ran my business this way I'd be bankrupt.
UK Power Networks were excellent!
UK Power Networks were excellent and we couldn’t praise them highly enough.
We reported the issue at about 6:45pm and by 8:30pm, a technician came out to check our connection. He quickly identified the problem and called for a Linesmen team to replace the connection point at the top of one of the poles in our drive way.
The Linesmen team arrived at about 10:30pm with a mobile Cherry Picker to mend the broken connection. After checking the Risk Assessment procedure, the Team fixed the problem and restored our power.
The whole process from the initial phone call with Ernest to the successful completion of the connection, was extremely easy and completely seamless. The Power Network colleagues who dealt with the issue were outstanding! To a person they were polite, personable and very professional. I can’t thank them enough!
