Had an alert on my account for ACC. Didn't know who that was, called, transferred to a different department and left my number. Evany called me back a day later along with an email. Called Evany back and she helped me through, notified me who ACC was, and everything is once again PERFECT. Thanks to you Evany and Identity Guard! I signed up because I fell for a phone scam. Although I didn’t provide too much personal info I was concerned enough to invest in a service which would protect my credit. I signed up for the ultra which I recall was just under $300 annually.
Shortly after joining I received an email telling me I was entitled to a “risk assessment.” I could choose the time/date where I would receive a call from an identity guard representative. I chose the time/date and received an email confirmation of my appointment. I also received a reminder that the call was scheduled. I waited for the call or at least notification it was re-scheduled but received nothing. Oh well. I have a credit watch service and see nothing has changed so I’m not concerned but wondered what I’m paying for?
Fast forward I get an email telling me my “new credit report” is available and I should sign in to view it. I attempt to but like ma y things I’ve forgotten my password. I attemp to reset it using the only email they have for me. I get nothing. I contact customer service, get an email confirming they’ve received my request but then…nothing.
So no, I don’t recommend this company based on experience thus far and regret spending $$$ for service where no one seems to be at the wheel.

The various individuals I spoke to at Identity Guard were helpful, candid and patient. I could not have asked for anything more. I was contacted well withing the time period promised; follow through was excellent. Tere in particular was exceptional.

I was alerted by Indentity Guard that I had several suspicious activities on my accounts. Thanks to the Identity Guard team, I was given the names of the institutions involved as well the credit score companies to call. It took all day, but I feel that the instigator was frustrated at every turn. Thank you, Cody, for taking so much time to assist me in this matter.

I called customer service after a fraud alert and my concerns were addressed immediately. I spoke to the same person I spoke with when I set up my Identity Guard account who remember me and transferred me right over to the person who would research and file the fraud claim. It only too a few minutes to contact the company and dispute that I have filed for or requested credit with their company. Talk about extraordinary service. I believe the service was extraordinary and I am confident that I made the right decision in becoming an Identity Guard Member. They are Totally Awesome.

I was notified right away that someone had stolen my identity. Hazel helped me at 10pm, and gave me the tools I needed in order to take the steps necessary to secure my accounts. Jeff reached out and was great at answering all of my questions regarding the identity theft, and gave me peace of mind about the whole situation.

My call was referred to Jorgia. i explained to her that i had been unable to log in. Jorgia asked what i did. She went on to verify my information. Explained Identity Guard merged with Citi Credit Monitoring.
Jorgia was clear in her explanation/ instructions on how to log in using the new website address. Jorgia was very patient, something Seniors like me appreciate. On resetting my password using my ipad, i was taking time, not once did she show impatience. She is is knowledgeable and is a great asset to Identity Guard. I was thinking on cancelling my membership until I my telephone call was transferred to Jorgia. I appreciate the help. Please let her know I did.

I can't say enough positive things about my interaction with the Identify Guard team. I interacted with the team that handles the initial call as well as the Alerts & Restoration Department. Both Alex and Jeff were so professional and helpful. They walked me through everything and were with me every step of the way, including speaking with the outside company that was the reason for the alert. They helped me understand options and offered excellent assistance. I am so happy I chose Identify Guard!

I encountered a fraud alert and contacted Identity Guard customer support in order to resolve the issue. The resolution was prompt and the service agent was very kind and extremely helpful. The issue should be fixed now thanks to the support I received.

My install of the VPN and anti-virus triggered error messages about C++ and other missing files. I can't explain it fully because it involves missing files with the Windows install. But Patrik was very patient and knowledgeable and got me to delete the right files and eventually got the Identity Guard install to work fine. He explained clearly what was missing and what needed to be done and why and led me through it smoothly. I learned something about computers and got the program installed properly. Excellent work on his part!

The service helped me the steps necessary to halt these attempts. I ended up enacting a complete freeze with the credit agencies. I also did a bank freeze. I subsequently found out someone had already opened a credit union account in my name.
