-1000 rating "Worthy Always" is such a laughable name for this company. It had a product on its website called Matching Hearts bracelet for a mother/daughter. On the website it illustrates a sliding bolo closure whereas the bracelets I received had a lobster closure. When I contacted “Worthy Always” about the discrepancy, they said they did see the difference but felt the correct bracelet was delivered nonetheless. WHAT??!! The bracelet advertised on their website is different than what was delivered. And if I want a refund I, at my expense, have to mail the product to Australia. This company is shady and once you are in possession of the product, they make it so difficult to seek reimbursement. The customer has to be out money getting the item to a different continent before they might enjoy a refund minus money spent to mail. If the delivered item is inferior, a substitute, or defective compared to the marketed product, it is legally referred to as product substitution fraud or misrepresentation. This company advertises one item, mails the costumer something else, and then laughs cause it will cause the costumer more heartburn to seek refund and "Worthy Always" is banking on people just giving up and not fighting back. I implore you if you are here reading this and have been burnt by them, in addition to reviewing them here, please reach out to the NYC BBB and your state attorney general's office to file a complaint; go further. Sure wish I'd found this website prior to my purchase with them. As others have stated, yes the color of their wanta be gold jewelry is a cheap orange and will likely turn green in the first week. Resembles something you would win at an arcade. I've tried to connect the dots on this company. I think they headquarter out of
Australia but may have an office in NYC as well. Just mailed the package to Australia at a cost of $25 but it’s so worth it just get it out of my possession.
