He takes my revision requests and applies them thoughtfully, using his skills to refine each concept. Thanks to his detailed approach, I always have a clear sense of the direction and progress of my jersey designs. Darko’s professionalism makes the entire process smooth and keeps me confidently in control of every stage. Also my customer representative Olya has been attentive and cordial about any inquiries I have about the product design and manufacturing process. I ordered team baseball bags with the assistance from Olya. She made the entire process easy from start to finish. When the bags arrived the manufacture made a slight error.
