These guys are a pleasure to deal with ,everything was perfect , I ordered windows and pre hung French doors , the quality is perfect , we went with oak , had lots of questions answered by Leon nuttall,who was very helpful , and the delivery guy very helpful and polite , thanks to u all

We discovered this company online after struggling to find any company which could supply an oak window in less than 8 - 10 weeks. Both Chris and Leon were extremely helpful regarding the design of the window and also delivery. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We came across Wooden Windows online and couldn't be more than happy. The customer service, attention to detail and quality of the product is first class. We had a couple of changes to make and additions and these queries were all handled quickly by Mathew. Delivery of the windows arrived within 10 days whereas other companies were quoting 8 - 10 weeks. Would have no hesitation using this company again.

We just finished fitting the three new doors and four new windows.
May I just say that working with Leon (the technical advisor) is simply a dream – he helps all the way in the complicated steps doing all the special things (for example no cills, no hardware et cetera et cetera), thanks!
Then when it comes to the delivery of the products, firstly it's pretty fast and when you give a date, then it really does happen on that day. When you actually see the doors and windows the quality and the finish is simply superb. Seals are of such performance that a draft simply can't get through there, double glazed units are solid and come with a fantastic fitting kit and instructions, the quality of the furniture is super (the locks are very secure, the fitted hinges simply open and close against the seals beautifully), the wood itself is solid, has a great grain and the finished primer spray is perfect.
The carpenter fitting the units says that they are of the finest quality he has ever seen and required absolutely no extra work!

I've used Wooden Windows twice now and am more than happy with the windows supplied. Leon dealt with me on both occassions and went through the whole process and answered whatever queries I had. My property is Listed but Leon helped me out with the necessary plans in order to keep my local heritage officer happy. I had a slight issue with some of the hardware recently but, again, Leon helped me out by sending replacements which I was able to fit easily. All in all I can recommend!

The service, support and product are excellent at the price point offered by an on-line company. From the initial web based tool to build and design our windows to the follow up conversations with Mat Burton that finalised the design and specification I have been very impressed.

We live in a part of the countryside designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and needed to match our existing buildings. Woodenwindows were able to do this using engineered oak whilst retaining all the modern design features needed to satisfy security standards and the insulation requirements of building control.

The windows were ordered on the 30th of January and were manufactured and delivered by Woodenwindows direct (not via a courier) on the 14th of February just 2 weeks later!

The product is very impressive and warrants a five-star rating for the value and quality it offers at its price point. I believe it could be improved further if internal glazing bars were an option and if there was an option for the windows to be supplied pre-finished and pre-glazed. This is something I would be happy to pay more for.

We are now discussing the design for doors and would have no hesitation in recommending Woodenwindows based on the experience to date.

I was sceptical at first regards the quality. I have to say, what a great product. The windows have turned out fantastic and were very easy to construct. Highly recommended for anyone. I have never built windows before and I found the whole build process easy to follow. I'll definitely be using & recommending wooden windows again.

I have just received a delivery from Woodenwindows and I just wanted to say a few words about the experience. I have been in the construction industry for 43 years and I have to say that this has been one of the most positive interactions with a supplier I have ever had. My purchase was handled by Matthew Burton who was absolutely brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, he rang back when he said he would, and he gave a realistic lead time on my order which was met to the day! He is an absolute credit to his employer. I was given a delivery slot of two hours and the windows were delivered bang in the middle. It is so refreshing when a company keeps its promises, especially in the construction industry when down time can be very expensive. The delivery driver was very helpful unlike some suppliers who just want to get off. Steve Leaverland.
