Just don’t go anywhere else go to Wellingtons they are superb their customer service just knocks everyone out the door including John Lewis. I have bought several electrical goods at this store and the guys in the store are so knowledgeable tell them what you want they ask you what you want to pay and show you different items in the store in your price range fantastic customer service, honest. It doesn’t stop there the delivery guys are brilliant as well. I cannot praise these guys enough or the store truly amazing.

An oven before Christmas …
They help us find an oven we could have delivery and fitted before Christmas. The delivery guys were helpful and polite. The shop staff were also very helpful as the oven wouldn't fit due to a gas pipe at the back and the electric oven being deeper than the old one . We called the shop and they tried to find one that would fit , that we could exchange it for .But wasn't successful , and ended up sending someone to cut down and cap off the gas pipe and then fitted the oven all done by another very helpful polite man . The customer service we received was the best I've ever had . We have never bought anything from them before but I would definitely go back there in the future .
Great service and depend on where you live you can also get free delivery .

The best for delivery and installation
I cannot praise enough this company. I had a fridge, a hob and an integrated washing machine delivered and installed. Ian the fitter did a tremendous job - everything is perfect. The company communicates well with that is happening with your order and the goods are delivered the day that is communicated. I live on a second floor flat without lift and narrow staircase making any bulky deliveries challenging but this didn't stop Wellingtons Home Electrical to find a way and do the necessary even if they had to go out of their way a little bit. Any home appliances I need from now on will be ordered there - not only the prices are competitive but the customer service is second to none.

Using Wellingtons for first time to buy a cooker hood
This is the first time we used Wellingtons Erith to buy a replacement cooker hood. Their service from initial enquiry to installation has been exemplary. They really have gone the extra mile to ensure we were getting the right product for us. All the staff we dealt with have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional in their approach. A good, friendly service
Overall, we had a great service from Wellingtons. I couldn’t give 5 stars as I had to chase my order confirmation which hadn’t been sent, and having been told I’d get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery, they called when they were outside. Apart from that, very helpful and friendly salesman and delivery men. I’d buy from them again.
